Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services offered by NE Home Services ("we", "us", or "our"). Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Home Services Nebraska ("we," "us," or "our") offers a variety of exterior home maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Window Cleaning (Interior and Exterior)
- Screen Cleaning
- Track and Deep Track Cleaning
- House Washing
- Solar Panel Cleaning
- Power Washing
- Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance
- Gutter Cleaning
Service availability and pricing are subject to location and seasonal factors.
2. Estimates, Service Guarantees & Rain Guarantee
AI-Generated Estimates:
All quotes provided via our website are generated using satellite imagery and publicly available data. These are preliminary estimates and are subject to on-site verification. If adjustments to your estimate are necessary, we will communicate these upon arrival.
- If the homeowner is not available to approve the new estimate, the customer agrees to be charged the full revised amount.
- This applies regardless of whether the revised amount is higher or lower than the original quote.
Service Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are on a Quarterly or Monthly plan, you’ll receive one free track cleaning per year as part of your service.
Rain Guarantee:
If it rains within 7 days of your window cleaning and you notice spots or streaks, contact us and we’ll return to touch up the affected areas at no cost. Quarterly or Monthly plan holders receive unlimited rain touch-ups between services.
3. Cleaning Plan Frequency & Discounts
Clients who enroll in recurring service plans receive the following discounts:
Recurring cleanings will follow the months agreed upon during signup, and you will receive reminders 1 week before and 2 days before each scheduled visit.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Contract Terms

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations, customer no-shows, or failure to provide access will also result in the $200 fee.

If you cancel a service plan before completing the 1-year term, you agree to pay the difference in the discount you received (e.g., the discounted amount that applied over time).

After the first year, your plan becomes month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.

You may transfer your service agreement to a new home within our service area.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring the technician can safely access all areas of the property required for the scheduled service. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a job if unsafe conditions or obstructions exist.
6. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information (name, phone number, email), you give Home Services Nebraska permission to contact you for:
- Booking confirmations and reminders
- Quote updates or estimate changes
- Service follow-ups
- Promotions, newsletters, or service updates
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional communication (e.g., service confirmations or payment notices) cannot be opted out.
7. Data Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Data collected through our website, forms, or booking tools may include:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address
- Property details (used to generate quotes)
This data is stored securely and used only for service delivery, customer support, scheduling, and internal analysis. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics tools may be used on our website to improve performance and personalize your experience.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments.
Your online booking qualifies you for 25% off, which will still apply even if the estimate is revised upon arrival.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces or materials
- Service delays caused by weather, acts of God, or third parties
- Damage due to incorrect information provided by the customer
You agree to hold Home Services Nebraska harmless against any claims arising from service-related issues, excluding gross negligence.
10. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. We encourage customers to review them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
